NatWest CricketForce 2008 - Best Practice

Workington CC in Cumbria are an example of a club planning early to reap the maximum benefit from their NatWest CricketFore 2008 project.

They have a series of projects planned to improve the facilities around their ground, many with an environmental / green theme.

Their planning and procurement started in winter 2007 – they aim to start their projects in January, not wait for the NatWest CricketForce 2008 weekend in April, which will see the completion of many of them.
