The full nominations for the 2005 OSCAs in the Breaking New Ground category are detailed below:

Steven George (Buckinghamshire)

Oscas Steven George

Steve has organised the Club Committee at Cublington CC on a task, rather than role basis. Tasks are broken down to manageable time-limited objectives.

He has forced a partnership with the local church and has also created a new fundraising scheme for the club. Additionally Steve is an active member (chair) of a District Development Group.

Derrick Taylor (Derbyshire)

Oscas Derrick Taylor

Derrick demonstrated his leadership when he registered Matlock CC for the recent NatWest CricketForce weekend.

He motivated members of the club and outside bodies to join in what proved to be a highly successful venture. He has also linked up with the National Rounders Association - which resulted in 100 young people joining the club to participate in playing and coaching rounders and cricket, culminating in a festival of both sports.

Ian Moss (Gloucestershire)

Oscas Ian Moss

Ian has been the backbone of the women and girls’ cricket revolution in Gloucestershire.

He has written a Development and Academy programme for girls' and women's cricket, which he runs successfully with the aid of other coaches. He also helped set up the first Women’s Gloucestershire Sunday League.
