NatWest OSCAs 2006 - Shortlisted Nominees (160 KB)
In 2006 the theme of the NatWest OSCAs was Building Partnerships and the seven nomination categories were:
Building Partnerships
Created sustainable partnerships with schools, voluntary organisations, other sports and/or the local community
Nominees: Gary Pike (Osca winner), John Askew, Chris Johnson
NatWest CricketForce 2006
Volunteer or group of volunteers who have made an outstanding contribution to this year’s event
Young Volunteer
Volunteer under the age of 21 as at October 2 2006
Nominees: Carl Holding, William Murphy (Osca winner), Holly Richardson
Another Way
Volunteer who has overcome adversity in the development of the game by thinking outside the boundary
Nominees: David Perrin, Colin Samuels, Paul Wooster (Osca winner)
Leagues and Boards (individual or group)
Dedication with results is what we are looking for here!
Nominees: Graham Beckett, Wendi Bolton, Michael Talbot-Butler, Michael Wood (Osca winner)
Lifetime Achiever
We are looking for an individual who has made an outstanding difference to cricket for a sustained period
Nominees: Karrar Khan, Alan Vollans (Osca winner), Raymond West
Behind the Scenes
Someone invisible who your Club couldn’t do without!
Nominees: Kenneth Day, Michelle Smith, Pat Tremain (Osca winner), Hilary White
