Now you have your volunteers, you need to make sure that you keep them and the best way to keep them is to make them feel wanted.

List one or two action points that will make the job more enjoyable, or help you to do it even better.
Hopefully things are going well and the answers to these questions are mostly positive. You may be aware of one or two problem areas and may have some ideas about how to address these problems.
