Performance Lifestyle
The England and Wales Cricket Board and the Professional Cricketers' Association have committed themselves to assisting cricketers to better prepare for life after cricket.
In order to achieve this they have introduced the cricket performance lifestyle programme to professional cricketers in the first class counties - and players in both the National and County Academy structures.
