Lord's tickets still available
MCC has put on sale a limited number of returns for the first four days of the England-New Zealand npower Test starting at Lord's on Thursday May 15.
Tickets are priced at £65 in the Grand Stand upper tier and £60 in the Mound Stand lower tier and the Edrich Stand upper tier, with very limited tickets priced at £20 for under-16s.
England go into the series as favourites having triumphed in New Zealand in March.
They will also have fond memories of facing the Black Caps on these shores, a 3-0 series whitewash the result the last time New Zealand visited England.
However, Lord's has not always been a happy home for England, and the visitors, boosted by the return of Daniel Vettori, Ross Taylor, Jacob Oram, Kyle Mills and the explosive Brendon McCullum from IPL duty, will fancy an upset.
The Black Caps were given a confidence boost when they beat Essex on Monday but will expect a sterner examination when they meet England Lions at the Rose Bowl, starting on Thursday.
