Essex are looking for members to volunteer to take part in their special event at The Ford County Ground on Saturday March 24, as part of NatWest CricketForce 2007.
Planned in conjunction with the Prince’s Trust Community Project Day, Essex are looking for approximately 15 members of the club to help with the preparation of their Chelmsford headquarters ahead of the new season.
Duties on the day - between 10am and 3pm - will include painting, minor woodworking and the fixing of boundary advertising boards etc.
Applications should be emailed to Pete Williams at pete.williams.essex@ecb.co.uk and will be treated on a first come, first served basis. Refreshments will be available on the day.
Essex are among the first of the first-class counties to invite supporters to take part in NatWest CricketForce at their home ground, with Somerset also planning an event this spring at Taunton.
