Left-arm paceman Adam Shantry has joined Glamorgan from Warwickshire on a two-year deal.
Shantry joins former Yorkshire batsman Matthew Wood as the second post-season signing for the Welsh county.
Glamorgan cricket manager Matthew Maynard said: "Adam has had limited opportunities in the past few seasons, but is a bowler with great potential.
"His left-arm bowling will add further variety to our seam attack, and I'm delighted that he has agreed terms."
Shantry first appeared on the county circuit with Northamptonshire in 2003 and he claimed 5-37 in a one-day match against New Zealand in 2004.
He signed for Warwickshire in 2005 and on his debut the following year he took 5-49 against the West Indies A touring team.
During one of only two LV County Championship games in 2007 he impressed against Sussex with 4-31, at Hove.
