Warwickshire have confirmed the signing of all-rounder Darren Maddy from Leicestershire on a two-year contract.
Maddy moves to Edgbaston for the 2007 season after 13 seasons with Leicestershire.
Mark Greatbatch, Warwickshire's director of coaching said: "We will be delighted to have Darren on board.
"He has great experience, is a mutli-skilled cricketer and he's a winner. We feel he will add value to our current squad."
"It will be a great move for me," Maddy said. "After a long and happy association with Leicestershire I feel the time is right for me to take on a new challenge.
"I look forward to proving myself in a new environment at a big club."
Maddy will be joining the England 6 a-side squad for the Hong Kong tournament on November 11-12.
