The MCC's University Centres of Cricket Excellence are sending a combined team to tour South Africa ahead of the new season.
Kent wicketkeeper Paul Dixey and Surrey’s Matt Spriegel and Arun Harinath have been selected in a strong squad, which also includes Ruel Braithwaite, who was called into the West Indies team during their tour of England last year.
The squad will fly to Cape Town on Thursday March 13 in preparation for six matches against their South African counterparts.
The trip aims to increase their cricketing experience and will including a game at the Newlands ground - home of many Test Matches.
