Yorkshire Radio, who have covered Yorkshire cricket since its launch in 2006, have become an official media partner to the county.
The partnership will give Yorkshire Radio the right to provide updates from all first-team games.
Yorkshire chief executive Stewart Regan said: “I’m delighted that Yorkshire Radio has shown this level of commitment to Yorkshire cricket.
“As a club we are acutely aware that we represent the entire county. Yorkshire Radio broadcast cricket news and reports across the length and breadth of Yorkshire and their support has been very useful to us.”
Yorkshire PR & communications manager James Buttler added: “Yorkshire Radio has provided quality coverage of everything that happens at the club, from big matches to much smaller off-field events.
“We have used their material on the club website and the fact that they want to increase their profile in cricket is great news for the club and our supporters.”
Yorkshire Radio’s station director Ben Fry continued: “Everyone at Yorkshire Radio is excited about extending our existing coverage of Yorkshire cricket and we look forward to this being a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”
Yorkshire Radio broadcasts across Yorkshire on digital radio, across the UK on Sky channel 0209 and online at Yorkshire Radio.
