Inzamam-ul-Haq is expected to learn on Thursday afternoon whether he will be banned from international cricket.
The Pakistan captain, who arrived promptly for the second day of his disciplinary hearing, faces two charges relating to the controversial ending to the final Test against England last month, the first in history to be forfeited.
He is charged with bringing the game into disrepute after his side initially refused to play on after tea on the fourth day in protest at being accused of ball-tampering and also, as captain, of changing the condition of the ball.
If found guilty of either or both charges, Inzamam could face a lengthy ban from one-day or Test cricket.
The verdict is expected later on Thursday - all the evidence was heard on Wednesday - and Inzamam was driven through the gates shortly after 9am on Thursday morning alongside Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer to hear his fate.
Umpire Darrell Hair, whom Pakistan blame for inflaming the situation, was the first to arrive at the Brit Oval, stepping out of a taxi shortly before 9am.
Inzamam and Woolmer were driven through the gates next and were soon followed by the International Cricket Council's senior match referee, Ranjan Madugalle, who is chairing the hearing and has up to 24 hours within the hearing ending to give his decision.
As on the opening day, Billy Doctrove, the other on-field umpire, and match referee Mike Procter arrived in a taxi together - and the line-up of key figures was completed with Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Shahryar Khan arriving at 9.30am.
