England fast bowler Simon Jones is bowling from his half run-up after returning from an ECB sponsored trip to South Africa for warm weather training.
Jones has been out of action since injuring his knee last May in Glamorgan's Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy match against Ireland and has recently been training in the nets at the Wales national cricket centre in Cardiff.
Former England all-rounder Alex Wharf and England U19 seamer Adam Harrison are also on their way back to full fitness following injury problems.
Harrison has bowled indoors and outside following two operations in the course of the past year on a bone spur in his ankle.
All three should all be available for selection for Glamorgan's opening LV County Championship match of the season.
