Reigning Cockspur Cup champions Bromley will open the defence of their crown with a trip to Brentwood.
The two sides will meet in the second round on May 18 while 2007 runners-up - and 2004 champions - Kibworth will meet Kenilworth Wardens or Alvaston & Boulton at home.
Last year's finalists have been granted a bye from the first round of matches and the competition is again split into 16 regional groups.
Teams progress through four knockout rounds to group finals with the showpiece finale again at Lord's.
