Seaxe chairman Jane Saxton presented a cheque for £7,500 to cricket development officer Katie Berry at the Seaxe AGM.
Saxton said: "We are delighted to be supporting this league in its first year, as we celebrate 40 years of supporting cricket within Middlesex, and we wish all the girls taking part a very successful summer."
Berry added: "We are extremely grateful for the support from the Seaxe club as it enables Middlesex to run club leagues for Under-11, U13 and U15 girls. This is an exciting time for women and girls' cricket in the county and Seaxe has helped to make this possible."
The first matches in the league started on April 6 and results will be published on the Seaxe website.
