Sri Lanka have confirmed their participation in a four-nation Twenty20 tournament to be held in Canada next month.
The tournament, which also features Pakistan, West Indies and hosts Canada, was scheduled to be held in Toronto from August 14 -17, but was postponed due to sponsorship issues.
"Sri Lanka will participate in the quadrangular Twenty20 competition involving Pakistan, West Indies and hosts Canada from October 10-13," said Sri Lanka Cricket interim chairman Arjuna Ranatunga.
Sri Lanka are expected to be bolstered by the return of paceman Lasith Malinga, who is recuperating from a knee injury.
