ECBtv visited Cardiff as work on the superb new stadium was completed ahead of summer 2008

Entrances: Cathedral Road through Wilfred Wooller Gates (members and the public as pedestrians, players' and officials' cars only), North Gate (members, public, press/media, Gold and Premier Club members and cars) and Taff Gate (members and public pedestrians only).
Members' enclosure: Non-defined areas, although Premier Members (Block J) and Vice President Members (Block C) have their own areas. Main bar in the pavilion is for members only.
Public enclosure: Rest of the ground.
Covered stands: National Cricket Centre and Premier Block J seats.
Open stands: Blocks A, B in Taff Stand; C Vice Presidents; D, E, and F Pavilion; G and H and Cathedral Road End; and K on former rugby ground between National Cricket Centre and new groundsman's store and main scoreboard.
Ends: Cathedral Road End and River Taff End.

From south: A4232 (Grangetown Link), B4267 (Leckwith Road), bear right on to A4161 (Wellington Street), continue on A4161 (Cowbridge Road), turn left on to A4119 (Cathedral Road), turn right on to Sophia Close for Sophia Gardens. From east: M4 Exit 29, bear left on to A48(M), bear left on to A48 (Mill Lane), turn left on to A4119 (Cardiff Road), bear left on to A4119 (Pen-Hill Road), bear right on to A4119 (Cathedral Road), turn left on to Sophia Close for Sophia Gardens. From west: M4 Exit 33, at the roundabout take A4232 and follow directions as from the south.
